Recipient Updates Form

This form should be completed by authorized school personnel or law enforcement to update contact information for the individuals receiving Safe2Tell reports on their respective teams within the Safe2Tell P3 system. School and district personnel can only request changes for the school and/or school district. Law enforcement personnel can only request updates for other individuals within their agency.  Recipient updates are handled in the order we receive them. Contact information placed in this form will be the only updates we make. All other contacts for your entity will remain the same. The middle of July to the middle of September is busy time for contact updates, so please be patient as we work to make all updates in a timely manner.

If you need information about current contacts, status of a recent submission, or assistance completing the form, contact us at info@safe2tell.org. If you are a newly established school that needs to be added to the P3 system and receive more information about Safe2Tell, please contact Safe2Tell at 720-508-6800 or info@safe2tell.org.
